Irregular periods.. my period has not turned up yet now on day 42 and negative hpt last cycle was 18 days?
and before that 21 days , will be going to the doctors to hold it checked out,but in meantime can anyone support with this, appreciation.

Irregular cycles are not extraordinary. If you don't want to get pregnant it is really unsafe to enjoy unprotected sex. Even with regular cycles at hand is always a hit and miss you might get pregnant (look at the statistics for the "rhythm method") but beside irregular cycles you could literally get pregnant at any time and not know it. You did not articulate if it was 42 days from your finishing period, or 42 days behind schedule, but if you had unprotected sex at adjectives during that time you could be pregnant. It might be too early for the HPT to detect it when you took it.I would suggest you speak to your doctor about whether or not the pill is appropriate for you. Not solitary will it protect you from an unwanted pregnancy, it will help regulate your cycles.

You are failing to provide adequate information for anyone to evaluate and try to answer this question. It could be various things. Did you drasitically loose weight? Have you started a unsullied medication? Are you of the age of hitting menopause are you pregnant? I don't know any other way to answer you query so I would say progress see your doc.Good Luck.

Have you be having a sudden huge amount of sex? Stress? Emotional matter? Change in diet? On medication? Hitting menopause?
Sudden (large) change in your hormonal/nutricional level affects your cycle.
Take it easy and attain to the doctor.
