I've noticed that since I've be losing weight that my spike is thinning. To lose weight, I've be restricting myself to a 1500 calorie diet with plenty of sea. My hair use to be so full but presently it looks awful. I don't have lacking hair spots..at least nonetheless. I'm not on any chemo or other harsh drug. Nothing else have changed except the weight fine-tuning. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks!
