If you noticed that your hair is thinning, could it be from a vitamin deficiency?
I've noticed that since I've be losing weight that my spike is thinning. To lose weight, I've be restricting myself to a 1500 calorie diet with plenty of sea. My hair use to be so full but presently it looks awful. I don't have lacking hair spots..at least nonetheless. I'm not on any chemo or other harsh drug. Nothing else have changed except the weight fine-tuning. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks!

Chances are if your scalp is really tight...you're under seriously of stress. You might want to check for a condition called hyperthyroidism. It is cause by an increase in your metabolism which also causes you to lose bulk. Try pre-natal vit. for your hair, it really works
