Would this completely prevent pregnancy?

Wearing a condom and then as a precaution taking the morning after pill? Would this eliminate my likelihood of getting an unwanted pregnancy?

Answers:    Yes. It will protect but you cannot use morning after pills as a regular contraception. It is an emergency contraception. Read everything about condom, emergency contraception and dual contraception in http://www.menstrual-cycle.info/13-Contr...

You'll never completely wipe out your chances of an unwanted pregnancy unless you abstain completely

You also don't want to take the morning after pill every time you own sex. It's a pretty high dose of horomones and can make you get the impression pretty sick.

Try a condom plus hormonal birth control (pill, patch, ring, depo shots, etc), and you'll be pretty well protected.

It should. But you cannot rely on the morning after pill after every time you have sex, its unsafe and track too much hormone. Consider just going on birth control. Well, there is with the sole purpose one way to completely prevent pregnancy and that is not have sex..
most definately.
you covered all bases. Yes it should..
