Why do i hold on to getting sick when i seize my interval?

everytime i get my period i keep hold of getting some kind of cold. and it last like peas in a pod amount of time my period last. similar to last month i had a stomache sting the whole week and now this month i hold really bad sinus congestion. is this just a coincidence? or is it middle-of-the-road?

Well my dear it should be a normal thing for most women. We adjectives react in different ways. I know of a girl who get admitted to a hospital every time she receives her term. Stomache ache, headache, cold, weaknees in the fund, vomiting these are just signs that your body is under going a adjustment. If you noticed, even your breast gets for a while bigger and it hurts. You just have to see your doctor and procure some pills for the pains, otherwise you are normal. As you said these things last solely for the time of your period. So it is normal.

i dont know. my sis gets nauseaus and pukes, but thats typical for some women. maybe your body just flips out to the hormone change. id reccomend taking a multivitamin everyday to keep the immune system on top form.
