Every time I use a tampon, I can feel the string coming from inside of me. I do NOT feel the actual cotton fragment of the tampon inside of me, ONLY the string. I can feel it in the passage of my vagina and every time I sit or stand, I can feel the string rubbing against me and even pulling a little. There's no course I can insert the tampon in any further! I push it inside until the finger grips touch my body, and sometimes I even push it in for a while further with my fingers. Everyone says you shouldn't touch a thing, but I always touch the string. Does anyone else ever feel the tampon STRING?

Answers:    Well are you letting the string like dangle? If so yes you will.
Since I wear shorts closely cause where I live, I hold to have
it in place, I hold on to the string as weird as this will sounds, I
tuck it into my lips... so it doesnt move and I won't grain it.

duh, its the external, and on your period, if you're bleeding heavily, you cant feel em, lone on the outside or the "string". if you dont feel the string that prob means its surrounded by too far the string has to be out thats how you remove the tampon if you couldnt feel the string how would you clutch it out???.

We all feel the string..you needn't verbs unless you don't feel the string...how else would you pull the tampon out?
If you lose a tampon up surrounded by you..then worry...Toxic Shock Syndrome Uhh no I don't ever touch the string. Maybe you should switch tampon brands and see if you still feel it. That seems close to it would be uncomfortable to me.
