Why do I own a problem trying to insert tampons?

Today was my first day trying a tampon. I get it up there just fine, but I could not push the amplicator entity to put the part that is suppose to be contained by there, in where on earth it should be.
So, I took out the tampon slowly. After I did that, I kind of started to black out and have a ringing in my ears. I felt sick to my stomach and my frontage turned pale. I have no perception why this happened!
I went and layed down, so I'm fine.
I used a regular sized tampon.
I am 15, and still a virgin.

Do you know what could enjoy happened to cause me to be sick?

Answers:    one and the same exact thing happened to me my first time. it took some practice past i was able to put it within normally without any discomfort. that's adjectives the advice i could give you - practice. i'm 15 too, btw. .
the best warning i can give is too just relax. I reccomend using something similar to ky jelly to help it go contained by easier. There really is nothing to worry more or less, and let me tell you, once you start using tampons you wont move about back to pads. you own to relax its easier to put in if your sitting on something, preferably the toilet.
You are probably just really worried. Take a deep breath and try again. You may have to practice. yeah do what everyone else say...also plastic applicators are easiest to use. good luck..
you are just fretful, use some baby oil or vaceline to receive it in. if you dont feel better as expected see your dr. try using a smaller size
