The nipple isn't supposed to be directly within the middle, but close to it. If you're only 14 though, you breasts will continue to grow and alteration their shape, so if you think they're a little sour, you still have time.

Breasts of all ages can look exceptionally different. There is not really a standard. Typically, the younger you are and the smaller your breasts are, the more "perky" they are. So usually the nipple would not be pointing towards your toes... it would be "looking" straight ahead. Don't worry about your breasts, they are still shifting and will probably not settle on a final shape/size for a few years.

Everybody's are different. The nipple should be in the middle, probably, but if it's near the bottom, to be exact ok too. Your body doesn't have to be like someone else's. No two are alike, not even on one and the same body.
