Sorry honey, I have the same problem. My little 13 year weak sister has bigger boobs than I do, that's just eh style it is. Believe it or not, guys are not always as shallow as they seem. They with the sole purpose care how you carry yourself, not how big your boobs are. You hold to have self-confidence, not really caring how big your boobs are. Birth contol may but I'm pretty sure it doesn't. When you wish to ahve children someday, your boobs will swell up and you'll be wishing they were small again.Until after, just think of adjectives of the clothes you can wear because you have smaller boobs. You cna wear cute little swimsuits and lowcut tops without falling out of them. You cna return with away with wearing some "scandalous" things because it doesn't look like you're showing yourself stale.
birth control does make them bigger, estrogen, hormones yea they do but its not a good concept and birth control, when you stop taking it they also get smaller too, its not that big of a deal like mad of girls are like that now
ur prob done since your boobs start growing 2 years back you get your period, its not a big traffic and guys dont really care that much and if they do their not worth it, and if they like you theyve probably already notice and they still like you dont worry give or take a few it

Seriously, it's okay. Having small boobs isn't really a bad thing. But, I'm 17 and I wear a C cup. When my time comes, I'm a D.I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure that my boobs have grown this past year. However, I'm not gunna lie back to you, if your boobs are small now, you're not gunna get a D over darkness.
Birth control pills do help with breast size but the doomed to failure part of that is, your breasts seize big along with every other part of your body lol.

Well, some girls own big breast since they are young, others don't. Birth control makes them not too much, but they increase their sizes for a moment bit.I am the same way. I am 21 and they haven't grown however. Buy a good push up bra and work with what God give you. NOT ALL men like BIG BOOBS!
