What age did you start your time of year?

What age did people start their period? I'm not sure if I be a late developer as I didn't start mine until I was 14. Does it suggest I'll have the menopause later if I started next?

I was 12 like my mother. My daughter be only 10!
There is evidence that women who start their periods untimely do tend to have a slightly earlier menopause but still inside the normal range. Likewise, women who start subsequent have their menopause a little following. There are always exception tho'.

I can tell you that my time of year began when I was in recent times 11 years old. It was chance for me because I was the first girl in my class at the time to hold it.

Also I felt embarrassed at the time when my instructor asked me in front of the other students if I needed a press on towel.
I was at roman catholic primary college located next to a convent with nuns for teacher.

I was 11, but I don't think you are classed as a belated developer unless you don't start your period until you're 16 or older. As far as I know at hand is no connection between when you start your period and when you start you menopause

I be 12. I don't think that the age you begin to enjoy periods has any stance on the menopause, so many other factors own to be taken in to consideration, e.g. general strength and nutrition.

I was 10 when I started. Just because you start later doesn't necessarily mingy you'll have menopause later.

No its when your body is ready to stop my mum started at 16, but stoped at 45, were as my gran started at 9, but didnt finnishes til 52, so it merely depends x

My mum didnt start hers till she was 14 any. Mine started when i was 11. As long as you have started after youre fine! Everyone develops at differnt times :)
