I have had tiny red spots on my breast-bone nouns for some time now, and a few on my breasts. They sorta hurt when I touch them.

Should I be concerned?

Go to the doctor...no one can properly diagnose you over the internet. Sounds similar to some kind of rash, and may call for medication.

I get these too, not on my actual breasts but on the bone. It's probly just warmth rash, that's what i have. It's sore and sorta feel like a burn. Go to your doctor, let them know what's up, but it's probly zilch serious. They will give you a cream, if it is a rash.
