It isn't simple but the one sure bearing to lose weight is diet and exercise. You have to burn more calories than you consume. Personally I construe the secret is to avoid fast food. During my pregnancy I couldn't put away greasy fried foods and I've avoided fast food since my daughter was born. 7 weeks postpartum, I'm 45 pounds below my PRE-Pregnancy freight and I swear its the fast food.

i have help my obese mom.potato meat and
candy were her food groups. she was indolent and would not eat other food.

my roommate lost 32lbs of time fat
i never get more than 150 on the worst length day

Bottom rank? Eat less. Exercise more. Drink water instead of soda pop. Stop drinking white food -- white flour, sugar, potatoes, rice etc. Eat more veggies. Eat less fat. Stay out of nifty food restaurants.
