i get stomach pains after i eat sometimes. with the sole purpose when i haven't eaten for a long period of time though. Because when i'm really hungry and my stomach growls, sometimes after awhile the hungry foreboding goes away, but then when i start to chomp through again, i get major stomach pains, and i be aware of bloated. it lasts for about 30 minutes. after it feels normal. I don't know what it is. Like today, i at lunch at 12:30, and i be hungry again around 3, but i didn't eat anything, then it go away, but then i started to eat something at 6, and after i ate, my stomach have major pains.

thats because you eat too hurriedly and since you wait until you are starving, you munch through more than you would if you ate when you were just hungry. So you are overstuffing yourself, and the pains are at hand because your body doesnt want to take on that much food all at once. So, get through slower, less, and when you are hungry (not starving, powerfully obviously eat when you are adjectives, but you know what i mean)

Maybe you are eating your food too fast and not chewing it up properly so as a consequence it is not being digested the way it should be.
From personal experience I enjoy found eating small amounts more often. Hope this is of some backing to you.
