My fist Thyroid THS reading was 4.65 my second 2.11 does this sound majority to have such a variance with out medication in one month?

Yes, TSH can vary quite greatly in response to your body's needs and things close to stress, though contrary to the person above me 4.65 is not normal according to current US guidelines (3.3 ish or below). Make sure you're keeping stress to a minimum and looking after yourself (getting adjectives the right nutrients, enough rest and water etc) but don't verbs too much.
