Yes, you can. The health center can and will provide contraceptives (birth control medication) to you confidentially. They can also provide it to you free of charge. Additionally, they can provide you near free medical care (as in gynecological appointments). I know those quality of medical appts don't sound like much fun, but since you are sexual stirring, its important to be caring for your robustness in that manner too. If you ever stipulation it, the health dept also provides STD and pregnancy tests free of charge. They will provide those things for you and for the guy you are next to. Free condoms are also available. These things are free or available at a reduced cost based on your income level, but since you are 15 I am guessing you don't hold much of an income.
