I own it and it took a few years to discover. My periods become extremely irregular after giving birth to my daughter and I was have a lot of pain surrounded by my pelvis. Did an ultrasound and found a cyst. They did hormone tests to diagnose it but everything came final normal. They also said I didn't "look" like someone who have it but everytime I get off bc I return with cysts. I recommend getting on webmd and checking it out they have the most info about symptoms because they are so various from being extremely overweight to having facial spike. The main thing is irregular period and ovarian cysts. It is painful and frustrating because not all treatments work for everyone. My best friend merely had her ovaries removed because of it. I own it, I had no idea I have it until I went to the Gyno and told him about my missed period and he did a internal ultrasound and saw all the cyst. Now that I know what it is I have several symptoms that I other chalked up to something else. examples like headaches, mood swings, missed period, spotting, hard to lose weight and any extra cargo I had and have be always in the mid sector.
