no, you dont hold to be sexually active to wear tampons. just receive the slender kind, they are small so they dont hurt the hymen. and honestly, you dont even know if your hymen hasnt broke already. it can break other ways other then sex. resembling if you horseback ride, or some sports.thats rubbish. ur hymen has a very small hole within it allowing the blood to pass through it - this is what the tampon goes through - it may hurt the first time u use one if u havnt have sex yet.
