Im 15 years dated and i weigh around 98 pounds..how do i gain mass?


i tried gaining weight past..and it never helps.
i'll gain a few pounds, but then i expire up losing them. i hate being so skinny. i basically want to gain 5-10 pounds so i can actually fit into my clothes

LOL same here! eating MORE doesn't really give a hand. I found out that i had a high metabolism. I get through heaps of fatty food but never really gained weight. :\ i'd love to gain bulk since i am young as you.
be proud of who you are. i'm sure there's plenty of girls that wants to be skinny similar to you! if you don't want to look skinny try wearing baggy clothes. ughh. bad sense of style LOL! :) try wearing heapss of layers under your clothes but still verbs to eat MORE and drink lots of water!!
