Answers:    Hun, just because your friends use them does not mean that you should.

We within women’s health have a motto;

“Friends don’t let friends use tampons!”

It’s sad to see babyish women use tampons without even thinking of researching the health risks associated near them, trust me if you knew the issues involved you would not want to follow your friends lead by using tampons. Tampons transport huge health risks because they prevent normal vaginal function, confer bacteria a place to multiply and contain chemicals and bleaches – http://www.spotsite.org – as such they cause vaginal infections, increased menstrual flow, increased menstrual cramps, vaginal splitting, vaginal ulceration, vaginal irritation, endometriosis, cancer and toxic shock syndrome. As in good health as hugely harmful and unhygienic they are inconvenient, humiliated, unreliable, expensive, and environmentally harmful. There is no reason to put yourself at risk or torture yourself trying to use products such as these when in that are far better options available for you, forget what your friends use and take responsibility for your own body by making choices that are best for you. I would significantly recommend you use menstrual cups, these are safer, cleaner, cheaper, greener, far more convenient, more comfortable and easier to use than tampons – plus they have money back guarantees so you would hold nothing to loose if they are not for you http://www.softcup.com http://www.miacup.co.za http://www.divacup.com http://www.mooncup.co.uk http://www.ladycup.com http://www.femmecup.com http://www.lunette.fi http://www.thekeeper.com http://www.mooncup.com

Tampons are dry wads of matter you are inserting into a moist delicate part of your body, it is commonplace for them to be difficult to insert because of the friction they cause and because they have no pass in them so the vaginal muscles can push against them making them difficult to insert – this is particularly true if using applicators as these are not as hands-on that brand the whole thing more difficult (not to mention the environmental impact). It is down to self relaxed, when you tense up your vaginal muscles tense up, thus making insertion difficult – it’s indistinguishable as with penetrative sex, a lot of girls enunciate it is painful the first time, which is pure myth, they only right to be heard this because they are not educated on how their body works. Think about insertion of menstrual products like peas in a pod as insertion of a penis or sex toy, when aroused you are not only relaxed but your vagina becomes lubricated and doubles within size making penetration possible – basically, masturbate! Wait until your flow is full, if you requirement to use lubricant like KY jelly or olive oil, and stay relaxed.

try to put it surrounded by without thinking so hard around it. try the different positions that are on the box. plastic ones are easier to put in. a good brand is tampax compax pearl tampons, they're smaller and easier to transport around because one tube of the applicator is inside the other tube so it is smaller and therefore takes up smaller number room in your bathroom, pocket, handbag. to use it you just verbs the applicator into the full length and use it as a reg tampon. The biggest secret is to relax - and thats the hardest part to do. The moment you acquire nervous, your vagina tightens up and its harder to put a tampon in. The trick is to swot up to relax completely, then they just slip within.

Here is a link to a site that uses an audio file and hypnosis to edify you how to relax properly for a tampon. I've heard from lots of girls who said it worked wonders to get that first tampon inside. Let me know how it works for you:

merely put a tampon in if your actually on your term. They are harder to put in if your only resembling 'testing' them. But if you are on, then just RELAX, i deliberate we all have trouble next to them too at first, but they get easier to put in. You could try the tampon beside an applicator. Make sure you read the instructions before use. tampax pearl is a really good one..try using that one within the smallest size.

try putting petroleum jelly on the tampon to make it go surrounded by easier...
