Is this middle-of-the-road? How do I generate it walk away?
Answers: I have several lines above my stomach from where on earth I slouch all day long while sitting. I enjoy a "pooch"right below my belly button that really sticks out when I am bloated. I have been doing reverse crunches to try to lessen the look of it and it seem to be working. I also take a magnesium supplement and it really helps near the bloating. Also, you might want to try a good moisturizer that firms the skin. I use Jergens skin firming lotion and it works very economically for me. I rub in on my belly after I get a shower and it really smoothes out the lines. Good luck!.
Yeah i hold that crease aswell :) i asked some of my friends about it and they say everyone have it and its just caused from say-so sitting or bending over a lot... where your skin folds :) don't verbs about it! Oh and you won't have it surrounded by the morning because you've been lying down so your stomach was flat overnight :) x Do you chomp through lots of breads and pastas? Drink beer? Those are usually the culprits of bloated stomachs. Cut those out of your diet entirely, eat more veggies, and exercise..
that could mean you're pregnant.. some women return with a dark pigmented vertical line on their belly when they're pregnant.. you should probably pinch a test!! Is it like a crease? That's probably where on earth you bend in half to do things resembling sitting. Normal. Mine's 2 inches above my belly button.
