Depends on the human being. I get extremely bad pains which I've have to be prescribed many different painkillers for over the years. It feels approaching someone is stabbing you with a bent rusty fork in the ovary after twisting it round so whatever equivalent that is (balls conceivably?!) there's your answer. Well, every woman is different...some women have tons of pain, some women don't hold any pain at all. It also depends on the type of spasm your talking about...are we discussion migraines, back ache, cramps, broad aches and pains, what?
I'm going to guess you want to know about the cramps? I enjoy horrible cramps, it feels like someone is simultaneously kicking me surrounded by the lower abdomen and lower back near steel toe boots and the pain travels down my thighs. I usually pop Aleve and extra strength Tylenol together--a cocktail works best for me, grab some sort of bake source to put on my tummy and curl up in bed. The first and second day are approaching that for me, and I don't eat much on those days either because I consistency nauseous from the pain. I usually start passion better on day 3 or 4 of my period..but not 100% until a afternoon or two after it's over.
Not saying everyone's cramps are like this...but that's my experience.
As far as what it's equal to...I can't really share you, because I'm not a man. Something similar might be like when you have really unpromising diarrhea (sorry that was a nasty comparison)...some society say "blue balls" are similar, but I don't know, cause resembling I said, I'm not a man..
heya, periods are to prepare a woman for childbirth! you prob saw a woman having a tot on t.v or something and that is no exaggeration at all, although every-ones spell pain varies it is a remarkably uncomfortable pain! and no prob not as sore as chopping you dick past its sell-by date! um, how long is a piece of string, this varies greatly, some women get no agony, some are in agony . The pain is similar to the cramps you take with a bad stomach bug,, or close to the cramp you get in your leg but inside your stomach so you cant stretch it out. Hope this help :).
It generally varies, but within some cases it is so painful it hurts to stand or move... in the really fruitless cases it feels like getting hit surrounded by the groin every two seconds or so. This is not mentioning the nausea, lower back backache and bloating. not a pretty picture i get no pain what so ever!
tho since i get it i can sometimes kinda feel it's gonna come..everyone know their own body! but yea i still have no pain but my sis is the in front of and can't go 2 work even somedays!
Just depends but if it's sore the pill can help .
For the first couple of days it's resembling cramps and the only thing I can presume of that's similar is when you get a stomach bug and get unpromising cramps. Someone punching you in the abdomen repeatably beside brass knuckles on for about a day and a partly.

Like someone slowly twisting a sharp knife at the remnant of your stomach, and a burning sensation like heartburn running up your back and down to your knees onli the stomach cramps u cant touch yaself bleeding!! and not all woman get time cramps sooo depends! but painwise its ok for me jus like have really tight stomach muscles resembling arter u do loads of sit ups!!.
All women experience different pain but I get severe stomach cramps that surface as if someone is ripping my insides out. periods arent painful it's the cramps..
okies. if u achieve cramps its like a tugging feeling similar to constipated but at the front!
