Preppy, limited girls: Wanna cart a survey?

First, let me give my definition of preppy.

-You wear Abercrombie
-You've dated more than one guy beside the same name
-Your favorite pastime are talking on the phone, reading magazines, and tanning.
-You read aloud "OMG" in real enthusiasm.
-Your favorite "restaurant" is Starbucks.

If three or more of those describe you, you're golden.

Now, here's the question:
How do YOU stay thin?

Do you devour right and exercise?
Do you switch to low carbs before prom, but gorge on McDonald's the daytime after?
Do you wear a corset?
Do you barf twice a day?

I want to know, honestly. When I look at most preppy girls, I can't imagine that they in reality sweat to stay looking fabulous. But maybe they do, maybe they prudence about fitting in that much.
Or possibly they have naturally speedy metabolisms!
I don't know, but I want to.
Only answer if you ARE one of these populace, I want specifics on your diet and exercise.

Could I be pregnant?

I am not really preppey, nor prissy, but I am in good shape. I also love surveys lol, so here go:

I eat pretty healthy. A few times a week I dispense in to chips, crisps, etc. I also do not eat any meat, or eggs, and I am adjectives down on dairy intake. I ride my bike around my neighbour hood every day to have nice legs and it make me feel goood and relaxed.
I've never tried a low carb diet, and never plan to because I would be starving, because you usually drink tons of meat and cheese which I do not eat. I try to eat in good health as possible, but sometimes its not. I do not wear a corset, and LOL I am not bullimic. & sadly, I have a pretty sluggish metabolism.

Heres examples of what I drink:

Brown rice
Veggies
Lots of fruit
Peanut butter
Nuts like almonds
Soy milk
Fortified, low sugar cereal
Oatmeal
Tofu
Beans
Veg soup
Sandwiches with lie meat and lettuce +mustard on wheat bread (so yummy)
Salads with light dressing, lots of fresh veg.
Water
Green tea
Crystal street lamp drinks, sometimes
Vegetarian chili
100 calorie packs

Bump/cyst underneath the skin?

Yeah, I'm lean, all my friends are so jealous of me and it bothers me so much. I'm a lacto-vegetarian, so that probably has a lot to do beside it...yeah. And I exercise, but the others are like, WHAT THE HELL?

i'm none of those.

i stay thin by not doing anything. i'm asian, so i drink chinese food (rice, etc.) every night. i guess that keeps the stout down.

How do I stay thin:
I do pilates, run 5 miles every other hours of daylight, and lift light weights at the gym. I also get through sensibly, lots of fruits and vegetables and really watch my portions.

You couldn't pay me to eat McDonald's. I'd fairly not have a heart attack thank you.. and I try not to eat anything that have NO nutritional value. For example if I want junk food I try to choose something that at the highly least has some nutritional value- such as chocolate covered almonds.

Do i wear a corset:
NEVER- or nil of the sort. Even tights that go up too high net me feel like I can not breathe.

Do I barf twice a daytime:
LOL no sorry to disapoint you. The only time I barf is once or twice a year when I'm ill..


sounds to me approaching you're doing some major hating... believe it or not some of us "skinny" "preppy" girls in actuality work pretty hard at being sound. And it's a lifestyle decision to be healthy- not a diet- I would also like to file that I am not insane about being fit either- I just do everything in moderation. moderation is switch. Hope this helps you get over the desire bug. Never compare yourself to anyone else- be HEALTHY for you... even skinny people can have heart attacks.

Is it true that bathing or taking a shower when you enjoy a time of year impossible for you?

powerfully first of all im "preppy"or whatever and hunny your anyone so stereotype yes its true we do love all those things but its not the only item to us ok haha thanks

1.yes i do eat healthy and i do exercise im surrounded by cheearleading and dance classes
2.haha no i eat mcdonald's frys and their yogurt other consequently that i HATE mcdonals
3.no i dont wear a corset d u m b a s s
4.no we dont barf everyday we dont barf ourselfs till we are skinny that gross

and yes you usally see a bunch of preppy girls that are skinny and that either cause they are easily like that or because they are naturally approaching that and take care of nearby boddy im the second one hahah
