Postpartum discharge - is this usual??
I thought with breastfeeding I'd be drier than usual but the exact opposite is true. What is this discharge? It's be going nonstop for months now.
I enjoy no discomfort, pain, odor, itching, etc.
Answers: Breastfeeding often does reduce vaginal lubrication, but not always.
You have for a while less estrogen circulating, in relation to your progesterone. This cause cervical mucous to be thicker. It often seems similar to less, because it may be less "wet".
Clear, tough, stretchy discharge can be a sign of ovulation.
Also, if you are you using any hormonal method of birth control, that changes everything.
Without odor or itching, I would not worry.

I don`t know your body is trying to adjust to having a baby and restarting your time of year after a 9 month break. ask your doctor.
