i was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome when i be 15, so 13 years ago, but i was wondering why do they not give u any medication which may facilitate with thi ilness, for instant the wieght gain, im fighting to loose wieght but it freshly isnt bugding because pcos maked u gain wieght, any help please thanx

I too have have this since my teens and am pretty much left alone until i feel primed for any extra help needed (in my case i be offered hrt to top up inbalanced hormones and a hysterectomy but did'nt feel ready for that so young). My gp expects me to vote when i feel the time is right for treatment to resume again.
Go have a chat and ask for that appointment.
