I just started taking Tridiol 21 in Japan, which I surmise is like Triphasil in America. I enjoy a hard time swallowing pills, (even though that's silly considering how small they are), but I spent so much time trying to drink the first day's pill down that it almost completely dissolved in my mouth, and I drank it adjectives down with water afterwards.
But afterwards, maybe 15 minutes later, I threw up. But I in general feel like throwing up every time I try to swallow any type of pill.
So I'm wondering, does letting it dissolve hold the same effect as swallowing it whole?
Also, I'm not worried in the region of the taste, so is it okay to chew a birth control pill, or should I keep trying to swallow it?

The birth-controllshould be swalowed hole, 1 dont desolve it in your mouth or in marine.suggestion for you it works for me ,put it into some applesauce then swallow it.you wont even feel approaching you took the little pill ,but if you keep throwing it up its not going to help you anyway.If it keep makeing you sick no matter which way you swalled it you may want to try a different brand of the pill.

Do NOT chew birth control pills. As someone else answered, try taking it next to a spoonful of applesauce. (Or pudding, ice cream, etc.) Nausea is a normal side effect of birth control, especially for the first three months. Try taking the pill at darkness before you go to bed, as this sometimes relieves some side effects. Just spawn sure you're taking them at the same time every single day. If the nausea is still severe after just about four months, talk to your doctor about it, he/she may put you on a different pill beside a lower level of hormones or on a different type of birth control.

but you shouldnt chew it, own you asked your doctor? are you sure that you arent already pregnant?
i have trouble swallowing pills, ive sprayed my throat with chloraseptic, ive eat a cracker and just before swallowing, put the pill surrounded by and swallow, the trick is to not think about it.this works best for me.
trying to verbs your tongue down in the center,this takes practice, it reduce the gag flex, also smiling reduces the gag reflex.
after all theres no rule that say you have to take it short food.
