Answers: When I used pads I found maxi always particularly comfortable and reliable(no leaks!) Admittedly the thin ones are more comfortable but if you own a heavy flow they won't be very potent.
If you have a heavy flow I recommend you use tampons, they are a bit tricky at first but enormously comfortable once you get the hang of it - you can almost forget you're on your spell!

i hate maxi but i love always they are contained by the green and blue package and make sure its other with wings so they stay contained by place. i feel not only comfortable but i know that im not going to leach or anything when i wear them i feel confidentI cant chomp through the finishing 5 days!!?
I use equate regular dry soft, And Always. If you have a unhealthy flow then i think you should use Always ultra. Hope this help!Good luck!
I use always they are thin and work really very well and come in all sizes.
Also they dont build you feel like your wearing a diper!

Always is a angelic brand. A lot of pads may be thin but hold pretty a bit...and you dont feel like you are wearing Depends.those should be obedient but they are relly thick try to cut down on it a lil ma be
