Ovulation discomfort...

I have always have some cramping when I ovulate but this month has been chance. I had typical ovulation cramping on my left side stale and on all day but afterwards the pain started going down my inner thigh (it's on and off, not constant). I've also have a mild lower back ache and my stomach have is a little upset. Has anyone ever experienced symptoms like this during ovulation? Any philosophy on why this month is different/why I'm feeling this way??

Answers:    You should run see your gynocologist and get an exam. It could be nothing or it could be something more serious. Some of the more serious "female" problems hold symptoms that are similar to problems that are less worrisome. (For example, see http://www.ovarian.org/ for information about symptoms of ovarian cancer) If you return with an exam, at least you'll take the first step to astuteness what your problem might be.
