HUNGRY!?!
god, idk wat to do i try to budge it but the temptations...AHHH!
and yeas i "portion" my meals.
and wat aree some other ways i can do this??

Answers:    At your meals just eat off of the small saucer type plate and trick your eyes into thinking you hold a good size meal surrounded by front of you! I go to the bariatric clinic and this is one of the things they tell us to do and it works. Also drink lots of marine all day so you will quality full and when in need of a snack devour a protein bar because it keeps you full for a while and it is in good health! I have lost 30 lbs. in the concluding 7 months..
my advice would be to buy some healthy snack foods, such as fruit, vegatables, and when you find hungry eat them in between meal, also, if you've already eaten a meal and are still hungry, Your body have already had the food that it needs, so try to find something to pocket your mind off from eating, such as reading a book, going for a tramp, writing, whatever you enjoy doing for a hobby. I f you verbs to be hungry all the time even after snacking on healthy foods inbetween meal, I would suggest that you consult with your family doctor, You may be missing something that your body desires. scrambled eggs/baked beans with your wholewheat toast, chicken/lean meat/seafood/fish with your carbs (a) lunch & dinner. fruit beside some cream cheese or a handful of nuts/seeds for snacks...and yeh lots of water so ur not dehydrated or you might deduce your hungry wen ur thirsty..
listen to your body. eat to keep your blood sugar even high enough so you aren't signaled to put away. if your brain signals hunger you may eat too much in one sitting, and afterwards you will bottom out, thus starting the whole cycle again. same thing beside hydration, if you are thirsty, you went too long without dampen. same philosophy about love! Drink more water. Water fill you up quickly. Still control your portions and eat 3 times a sunshine, but drink water in between meal. .

Lots of people get confused when they are hungry and thirsty..
drink alot of hose down and try to resist food dont snack fill up on ur 3 main meal you might be growing, but, if your not, then you should distract yourself.
