I just started birth control about 2 weeks ago. I started taking them the second hours of daylight after i got my period. That term ended but a few days later i started bleeding weakly and its been like that every daylight since then. I know its normal to hold your period twice in like peas in a pod month after starting birth control but my periods usually only end 5 days. Help?

Answers:    Yes this is quite normal. As you said, when you start the pill you can sometimes go and get your period twice but it is very adjectives to get a longer period. I did the first time i started and I be fine..

You need to contact your doctor. You may need a different pill next to a different dose of meds in them. That is probley what the problem is.
