Answers: you might not be putting it far enough within, or may be putting it too far inside. regardless, you shouldn't be able to be aware of it inside of you. if you think that it isn't within right, take it out and start again! your interval can also be heavier on certian days in your cycle than on other days. try purchasing a multi-pack of tampons (playtex have super and regular) and if you are concerned that you are going to bleed through the tampon, use a pad as back-up deposit! :0) also, make sure that you are shifting your tampon regularly to avoid TSS!

sometimes they can be heavier than at other times, and it is probally hurting cos you arent comparatively getting it in the right place im not man patronising im 18 and i still get it wrong sometimes, a short time ago take it out, find a clean one and try again! or move it next to your finger!! hope this helps :) perchance you should just try using pad for sometime and see if its better. If your stomache is still bothering you, maybe you should see a doctor
