Ladies/Girls one and only please its just about my sister..madness attacks?
last hours of darkness my sister(17years) had a panic attack and it last quite a long time( a little this morning aswell), she have no tablets because the doctor wouldnt give her any more.. im also really worried about her.
does anyone know what cause them and how i can help her?

Answers: The most important item! Tell her to try not to worrie about getting one, because thats what causes them after youve have a few, its hard but with for a moment practice it gets better..
Tell her to relax as much as she can, dont stress, think positivly and once again dont reckon about them!
Another idea, acquire her to start remembering her dreams, every one dreams every night believe it or not, the more you try ro remember the easier it is, so make sure she does that, dreams curtail stress..

I enjoy been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well. My blog is steadfast to help. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety. I hold just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will facilitate you.
I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and immediately I am just taking 5mg and still doing very very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.
And most importantly, I am here to comfort you because I know how it feels to have anxiety or hysterics attacks.

just talk to your mum..whats wrong near her ?
does she have a hard vivacity ? she shoul move, do something..study, work, sport etc..
