Yeast infection..why is it call that?
It is the color of discharge that you need to survey out for. Many women experience more discharge either right before or after their extent which is very normal. For most women it is clear or rotten white and slippery. And around the time of ovulation (mid cycle), women report having thick or clumpy brown discharge. This is also especially normal. Now, if the discharge is green or yellow, have a smell to it, or is accompanied by itching then it is probably an infection. If this sounds approaching what you are experiencing then I would set up an appointment with the doc, because it's not a apposite idea for these things to go untreated. But surrounded by general women will experience variance in the color and texture of their discharge at different times within their cycle. Clear, white, or off white, with a tiny bit of smell is commonplace (let's face it..the stuff doesn't smell like roses and is coming out of a body cavity, so a bit smell is normal.) But if it is noticeable or stinky, is cause itching or burning and is a different color, have it checked out. Best wishes. How copious plus size doctors do you know?
