To anyone that is taking or has taken birth control- did it net you gain weight? and did it have any other unpleasant side effects? or any obedient ones? (besides the obvious of not having to use a condom) Thanks! :)

Why is it "wet"?

when i started the pill 4 years ago, i gain 4 lbs which i lost in the following two weeks. it was simply wet weight. i havent had any denial side effects at all. On the plus side, my acne cleared up, my cramps are not nearly as bad, it regularized (is that a word?) my time, and it made it lighter. All of my pms symptoms are much less now. the merely thing is you HAVE to be sure you take it everyday or you will risk pregnancy if you are sexually influential.

Is it possible to own a length after getting pregnant?

I took the pill for 4years and it made me gain 2stone!
I also had a few depression type symptoms so I no longer use pills. There are good side effects though much lighter flow shorter too and scarcely and cramps! Also if you are going on holiday etc and want to move when you are on you can just join two pack together. So its pretty useful!
As far as birth control now go I use a persona monitor so no pills or condoms!
