i am 16. i got my first pediod a year and 5 months ago and my boobs haven't grown since i was 13. I'm a 32 aa. hardly even that. i have to wear a padded bra to look resembling i have somewhat some boobs.
is this normal? im really self conscious going on for it and i think there might be something wrong beside my development.

well near some people with thier substance thier boobs are biiger or smaller. also some people dont fully develope until they are like 18 my mom have 32dd and they didnt pop out until she was 17. i have hear that 2 years after you get your period you stop growing but nil about your boobs,. ask your mom
