Ive got this walking trip with academy on wednesday. Gonna be walking about 15 miles. Ive just come on my time of year today, dont really wanna use a pad cause they're uncomfy, gonna be sitting on a coatch for roughly 90 mins. What tampons are the best for walking around? I have heavy flow, havent used tampons back. Wanna use one for my trip. Will it be ok if I use it for about 10 hours?

i perfer tampax but something i do if i am not in a place where on earth i can change it out at a moments notice use a panty liner assistance free makes a nice one they are meant for this kinda item its like a pad singular smaller thinner are far more comfy

It is not the best thing to wear a wipe or tampon more then 8 hours at the most. If you can not change it for 10 hours I would suggest using a wad. If you can change it wear a tampon for 5 hours change it and wear a brand new one for 5 hours. With a heavy flow for 5 hours I would suggest a regular tampon with a pantiliner. If you resolve to wear a tampon for a full 10 hours on a heavy flow wear a super tampon but it may become uncomfortable as it become fuller.

it depends on ur flow. if you own a regular to a little heavy, use tampax peral because they are jammy to get in. if you are fatty use platex gentle glide but they arent as straightforward to get in basically fyi. also you cannot wear a tampon for 10 hours. the max is 8, but i would only suggest 6.

girl hell no! Tampons shouldnt be in for loner than 5 hours really. Leaving them contained by for too long can lead to Toxic Shock Sydrome, which trust me is really bad. If there's a place where on earth you can change I would. Also try both - that length of time who knows what'll surface.

You should use lillets for heavy periods. I wouldnt recommend using alike one for 10 hours. You should always change regularly. Tampons are better to use than pad and more comfortable. But be careful, make sure you know going on for the risks tampons cause (TSS)

u should only use a tampon upto 8 hours but dont wory i am sure u will enjoy a stop off somewhere with some public toilets. a moment ago use heavy flow tampons and change it when u stop consequently u will be fine and forget u r even on your period :-)
