Irregular Menstral Cycle..
Alot of my friends are concerned that i have become Anemic due to the speedy loss of Iron and nearly no regeneration of it in my diet.. I'm other tired and i have nearly zero vitality throughout the day. So i'm guessing they're right.
I have a doctors appointment on monday (finally! Yay for insurance!!) and i know i'll procure my answers then.. but its driving me nuts and i need atleast some insight into my situation.
Any concept what could be causing this?
(and yes, it could be stress, july has be a HORRIBLE month for me, but would it really cause this much chaos surrounded by my body?)
Thanks :)
Answers: Having a irregular period is more common than you conjecture. Some women just do, it's part of their makeup. The cramps and bleeding is par of the course. If you believe your loosing too much blood a simple blood test could tell you that. If your anemic a simple vitamin will lug care of it. Make sure you mention all of your concerns to the doc. Take supervision and good luck!.
I used to be the same bearing. I wouldn't bleed for a month and then bleed for three straight months! so irregular. I ended up going on birth control because it within fact does regulate your periods. Here's a few tips:
-The Pill (28 days) you pilfer your pills for 28 days and then you bleed once a month.
-The Pill (91 days) you take your pills for 91 days and next you bleed (you get a period every 3 months). I am on this very soon and I was on my period for a week and the time I started taken it my period stopped. So that one works great :)
-The Patch: You wear it for 28 days and then you bleed once a month
-The Shot: You stop have periods all together (I used to be on this and it worked out GREAT for me. Don't listen to other people's experiences though. Your body is different from others)
These are the just ones that I have had experience next to or know some info on them :) I would recommend you get on birth control.
