If I don't sleep for 10-12 hours I am moody, unmotivated & be aware of cold during the daytime. What can I do? Am I not at your best?
We hold a history of sinus problems in my family and I enjoy been told that wasn't like this as a child until I developed mild sinus problems, where on earth I would wake up swollen and 'bunged up'.
As an adult I enjoy minor breathing related allergies, pollen, birds feathers etc. I still wake occasionally with swollen hand and face features.
Ideally I would like to not necessitate to sleep so long, as I see it as a waste of time, however I can't go to bed or attain up at regular times because my career doesn't allow me to.
Any advise?
Answers: Maybe run to sleep earlier and wake up subsequent. I used to go to sleep at around 11pm every nite, but now I walk so used to 8:30pm through 9:30pm that I have a very worthy thorough sleep, so maybe try that..
You may have depression. Irregular sleep traditions are a big indicator of depression. If you go search google for "depression test" you can transport a self quiz.
