I'm more tired than I should be...facilitate?
i guzzle many more fruits and veggies than others in my age group, and i lug a multi-vitamin (some days, i forget a lot) which i bet numerous people my age cant say. ialso dont put away too much junk and no fast food. i approaching to cook food better.
YET...i get tired and by 10pm at night (most nights) im equipped to fall asleep or i have that tirred inkling in my eyes.
why is this? my doctor says im full-bodied, great blood pressure, etc and i have no health problems.
why do i draw from so tired??
i do notice when i take my vitamin i am better, but next to all the good foods i get through, taking a vitamin shouldnt matter or make me quality any different.
any ideas??
Answers: I would get your thyroid checked. This is a special blood oral exam. Did your Dr. mention this to you? If not, you're not alone, many DR.'s seem to overlook it. If you don't quality better soon I would suggest this to him. A friend of mine experienced this for many years before a thyroid check was issued, and sure enough that be the problem. I think that different people own different sleep needs. I have other needed at least 9 hours a night; this be especially true when I was in my 20's. My husband, by contrast, have always been fine on something like 7 hours of sleep a night. As long as you are active, smiling and your doctor finds you to be healthy, just listen to your body. If it say it is tired, go to bed!
One day soon, when you hold a demanding job and two kids, you'll look back on in our time with longing! Most people can function on 8 hours of sleep a hours of darkness, some need more and some need smaller number. You are probably one of the people who needs more. 10 sounds similar to a pretty reasonable time to me to start getting tired. Have some bloodwork done at your doctors if you really feel resembling somethings going on..
maybe your just tired because of adjectives the activities you do during the day...its innate...but try to go to sleep earlier and see if that help...
