i need 2 lose weight up to that time school
i am female and weigh 288 but i look mundane i dont look fat like some ppl i look fit kinda
i waddle every day i dont eat within the day like 9 am - 7 pm ( possibly a slice of pizza)
only (a) 9 pm -11 pm (a) nite before i walk 2 sleep
i need 2 lose pounds fast i dont work out or guzzle healthy wat should i do?? can i like clutch pills 2 make me skinny ?? or wat HELP ME!!

Answers:    Well Firstly you need to put away in the morning to start your metabolism.
Maybe a bowl of cornflakes/porridge and some fruit like banana or strawberry on top?

Then a salad next to chicken or sand which for lunch
With yogurt or fruit or a sweet snack.

For dinner have a small portion on pizza or pasta with a sauce and plenty of veg.

Drink a polite amount of water about 6 pints a daytime [ its also good for your skin aswell]

Try to cut down on crips and sweets limting yourself to one a day.

Do plenty of excersie approaching 50 situps or a jog round the block.

Cos that way your tone as economically.
Increase the sit ups as you go too.

Eat glowing foods, and eat regular meals. Eating back going to bed is actually really bad if you're trying to lose dawdle because then you're going so sleep or not losing any calories whatsoever. Basically you need to cause sure you're eating at least 90 minutes up to that time going to bed. Exercise, eat healthy and regular. you want to start eating to lose weight. not consumption is not gunna help at all especially when your drinking something unhealthy like pizza and thats it and especially when your ingestion soooooo late at night
you entail to have a good big breakfast surrounded by the morning to kickstart your matabolism. then have three more small robust meals throughout the day.
cut soda and any other sugary drinks out including joie de vivre drinks.
and start working out.
