It is so sore just to the touch and movement, and it's only within the left breast. I'm 30 yrs old and I've never experienced this previously. My period was 2 weeks ago, I haven't have unsafe sex and no birthcontrol or other meds. Also feeling very tired and dizzy but not sure if its related. Love to hear some warning.

Answers:    Sometimes, having more caffeine then usual can do your breast to hurt. It happens to my daughter all the time, and it usually is only one of her breasts at a time. She does have cysts in her breast also.

I would also suggest going to the doctor, freshly to be on the safe side..

Could be a cyst. Could be that your breast tissue is beginning to swell and get hold of tender a little earlier than usual. I'd turn see a doctor about it if this is unusual for you, especially since you're also experiencing fatigue and dizziness. You might have an infection or another problem that requests treatment.
