Answers:    No yaz just have a different type of hormone in it. Seasonale and Seasonique are the ones where its 4 yrs. I'm on alike as you and I hear the 4 a yr ones aren't as healthy for your body. If it ain't broke don't fix it right?.

I'm on Yaz, and it works greatt
You do get your term every month,
but its short (3-4 days.) and it makes any discomfort (cramps, fatigue, grumpyness?) pretty much go away.
I used to hold awful cramps that made me physically sick and unable to move. I would sleep for 24 hours straight every month, but on Yaz, i have a totally middle-of-the-road period.
