Answers: Once you have started having a term you can obtain birth control from a doctor
What does this penny-pinching?
If you're having intercourse, you should other use birth control of some kind. Yes, hormonal birth control like the Pill will clear up acne, shorten and blanch your periods, and other benefits. My concern, however, is your young age. At single 13, you're still growing and developing. Yes, you can take the Pill at your age, and many already do, but you might not approaching the bad side effects that also come from the pill. You may get immensity gain, breast tenderness, breakthrough bleeding (when you bleed between your periods), depression, bloating, and more. Some of these go away. Some of them don't, depending on the type of pill you run.
If you're having sex, I'd say to stick to condoms and spermicide. You can buy both of these things at any drug or discount store and you don't hold to tell your parents. Also, condoms prevent you from getting diseases like chlamydia. When you combine condoms beside a spermicide, you can greatly reduce your risk of getting pregnant.
If you're not having sex but want to purloin the pill to clear up acne, talk to your mom and talk to a doctor going on for it. You may decide that those bad symptoms merely aren't worth the trouble. Plus, there's other ways to clear up acne, including topical creams you get from your doctor or from a drug store, many of which work pretty resourcefully. Try those first, because you won't have the same doomed to failure symptoms as with the pill.
Hope it all works out for you.
Birth control is used for controlling stout periods or irregular periods and yes it does support acne. It obviously reduces the risk of you getting pregnant. I instinctively think your a little childish to be going on it. I'm not sure if you've started your periods but its very adjectives to start taking it before...and i really hope your not in a sexual relationship at such a immature age. You need to see your doctor who wont tell your mom..and he can pass you the best advice.
But please dont rush into anything just however!! xx
