I not long have 3 kids put a bet on to hindmost and my body is contained by obligation of toning. What exercises strengthen stomach muscles

I am 23 and recently have three children back to hindmost. They range from 3 years to 4 months contained by age. My husband and I did this on purpose because we required three children but I personally didn't want to "tone" up three different times simply to get pregnant again and enjoy to do it all of again... Anyway, I not long joined a gym and own been working at loosing a few extra pounds I gain over the last 4 years (a total of 21 lbs to be exact). I am doing really really all right with the counterweight loss, however not so well next to the toning part. I am not adapted with the best exercises for the stomach nouns. Specifically my lower abdomen. Which exercises are the most potent for your stomach in regard to tightening and toning? I know crunches and sit ups are good, but the merely seem to be working on my upper belly. I really need to obtain the lower abdomen into shape! Thanks!
