I get these really weird dizzy spells sometimes. I gain dizzy but I kind can't understand what is going on around me. It happen when I do really sudden movements like sprinting or standing up sometimes.
Recently, it's been going on while I sit down or am doing nothing.
My grandmother thinks it may be arranged because my blood sugar could be low or I'm not taking in enough liquid but it's been happening for for a moment over a year or so.
