I have been on the pill for a couple months to control my endometriosis and my breasts own become so incredibly sore, it hurts so bad whether I touch them or not, no matter what I do.

I am going to have a word to my doctor about this next week, but contained by the meantime is there anything I can do for the pain? I own some painkillers for the endo pain, but it doesn't help the boobie spasm at all. It's very frustrating, and logically, annoying.

This is hard enough for me, no convulsive answers please.

Oh im sorry, its the most horrible pain to go through- own been through it and theres not much that can be done. I found that NOT wearing a bra helped me (i could solitary get away with it when i be around home though as am bigger busted) it seemed that the bra holding them up was making it worse.
Also try an anti-imflamatory bake rub, prefereably a non-medicated one (such as Antiflamme peppermint rub from the chemist) this can soothe if its not too painful to rub it on.
Hot baths before bed time also straightforwardness it a bit and make it more comforatable for sleeping positions.
