I haven't had a proper period since overdue January I think, its most likely due to my implanon. I've hear not having your period at most minuscule every few months is unhealthy - is there anything I can do short having it removed, or am I ok as is? Apart from condoms, which I don't trust so much, implanon is my only birth control prospect for medical reasons.

I've had the implanon within for about 18months, for the first 6 I bled like crazy, next it calmed down, and now it appears to have nearly stopped adjectives together. I've spotted very lightly occasionally, but thats it. I'm unequivocally 100% not pregnant.

I have had 3 implanons immediately, so i have had a bit of experience. It is fine not to own your period, it wont cause any injure at all. With my 3, i had a bit of bleeding for the first few months consequently they stopped all together. I loved it.
I have hear of people going on the pill while they have the implanon, in recent times to regulate their periods. But then you are on 2 birth controls. It seem a bit extreme to me.
If i were you, i would make the most of not have your periods. I love not having to matter with that.
