I have been using Mirena for former times 3 years and really have no complaints. Alot of women say that have it inserted is painful, but it wasn't so for me, just a bit uncomfortable. And it's a LOT less bleeding than having another baby, permit me tell you, lol. A little acne is the only problem I've have. I still get my period, though it's really street light to hardly there at adjectives. Plus, you don't have to remember to take a pill every daylight. You're always protected and it lasts for 5 years. All bc's come near possible down sides. I personally use seasonal (one period every 3 months) and hold never had a problem with the side effects. PMS is nonexistant. But I hold never tried to get pregnant so I don't have any info on that. Some woman regard as its unatural not to have your period, but for me its other worked out for the best. Better than ortho, the only other one I tried.A diaphragm, properly inserted with spermicidal jelly will work in good health. As with any BC, there is a downside. You own to take the time to put it in, which kinda ruins the mood. You could other make it into part of the foreplay.

OK, I tried Mirena and it didn't work for me (I could surface the strings poking me...) Two of my co-workers have it and LOVE IT. It was a cinch to steal out, so if your insurance covers it, try it. You can always have it removed.
