That is tremendously common with Depo. Menstrual irregularities are the most adjectives side effect. I only had one extent every three months while I was on it. Missing periods is also adjectives with breast feeding.

Depo is intensely effective, buy not 100%. You should take a pregnancy testing just to give yourself peace of mind. My guess is you are surrounded by the clear, though.
