Your a woman...your suppose to draw from your "monthly" its part of life span. Are you trying to eliminate the strain or the period altogether? If you experience severe cramps you should walk to a doctor who can prescribe birth control pills which can help. There are some pills that are taken continuously and you catch only 4 period a year. Go to a gynecologist and ask about the miscellaneous options (birth control pills, depo shot ...).
If it's that bleak for you, you may have endometriosis. You might want to hold your doctor check that out for you!
Ask your doctor for prescription-strength naproxen sodium. When I had super-horrible period like you, that be the only entity that kept me from being incapacitated for days at a time. ahhh...sweet nouns.
Also you may want to consider going on the Pill. I also used this method do maintain my extent and decrease discomfort (I still use the Pill for this reason, truly!)
That 'special ' friend is what makes you women...you dumbo... Talk to your doctor! I be the same agency - I had PMDD, plus cramps so doomed to failure that a few days out of the month I couldn't even walk. My doctor put me on birth control, and after trying a few brands that sucked (mood swings, etc) I finally found one that I feel normal on. I skip my extent continuously and choose to have my term twice a year. Having a period twice a year might come across weird or unnatural, but for those of us whose monthly blessing is more of a horrible horrible curse, it's a godsend. Ask your doctor in the region of birth control pills like Seasonale, (or monophasic pills similar to Yasmin which can be taken just close to Seasonale.)
