Heavy Periods?
Im getting my period soon, and im not sure i can concluding going to school lead to im affraid ill bleed through even though i enjoy the right stuff and enough of it. Is here anything to lighten them up formerly i get it?

cut out ALL Caffeine! Chocolate, Coffee, Beverages that have caffeine ~ Unless unsurprisingly, the can says decaffeinated.
This will unambiguously ease the bleeding ~~ Also, cut out aromatic and greasy foods.
If I take Plan B next in my cycle would it work?

I suggest a drop by to your Gyn. You should not have to survive that much bleeding where you can not be comfortable.Get a hysterectomy!
