Answers:    You either requirement to see your physician or your gynecologist to have the lump examined.
Unfortunately most mammograms require a GP or doctors referral. You can hail as your local hospital and ask if they have breast exams and mammograms available to you beside out referral. Go to your Gynecologist. They are better able to relief you than your GP anyway. They may send you for a mammogram in recent times to better determine what the lump is made up of.

Mammograms are a little hurting but not any worse than have blood drawn or getting a shot. It is momentary and could be a lifesaver.

After you see the doctor you will be better able to desire how to handle the lump. Your doctor will contribute you options and trade name recommendations.
I discovered a lump surrounded by one of my breasts several years ago, went to my doctor who examined it, declared it sheltered but send me to a specialist for an ultrasound freshly to be sure. It hasn't gone away and sometimes even fluctuates in size from time to time, but I continued to enjoy it monitored on a regular basis.

Hopefully it's nought, but it wouldn't hurt to consult with a doctor to seize their professional advice. I'm sure it would be a nouns for you to know that everything is okay.

Good luck.
